When will Constantia Edge be ready for occupation?

Constantia Edge will be ready for occupation from 1 December 2026. This brand-new development in the heart of the Southern Suburbs offers flexible long- and short-stay options.

Are there long and short-stay options?

Yes. Long-stay options are available for stays of three months or more, while short-stay options start from one night, with the flexibility to stay longer if you prefer.

Who manages the long and short-stay apartments?

Revo Property manages the long-stay options, while Revo Stay professionally manages the short-stay options.

What is the deposit for a long-term stay?

A deposit equivalent to 1.5 months’ rental is required for long-term stays. Sign up to explore the price list and view the available options.

Is parking included?

Yes. Parking is included for both long- and short-stay options. Long-stay residences include either two or three parking bays, depending on the residence.

Are cleaning, utilities and Wi-Fi included in the long-stay rental?

Cleaning, utilities and Wi-Fi are billed separately and are not included in the monthly rental.

Is there an application fee for long-term rentals?

Yes. A R1,000 application fee is payable via Connect when applying for a long-term stay.
